– 1 glass of warm water,
– 1/2 cup of sugar,
– 2 tablespoons of Borax.
The whole procedure is very simple and it only takes a few minutes to prepare the trap, and you will certainly be able to protect the house from these small insects.
Combine borax, water and sugar in one pot. Then take a cotton ball or cotton wool and make a few balls of it. Dip them in the mixture and place them in the place where you see ants most likely, i.e. next to windows, doors and door frames. Ants can also appear in the kitchen, so you should leave a few traps in this room.
Deal with ants using vinegar
If you want to try other methods without borax, you can try the good old vinegar method, which will always save you from difficult situations. All you need to do is put the vinegar on a cloth or a soft tissue and rub it in places where insects are the most common. Put a little bit on the door frame and spray on the gaps near the windows.
