What are Kate’s favorite perfumes? Check which fragrances the Duchess of Cambridge loves the most

Are you looking for a new summer fragrance? Perhaps the inspiration will be Kate Middleton’s favorite perfume – what does the Duchess of Cambridge smell like?

Kate Middleton’s favorite perfume

Like most women, Kate sticks to a few fragrances. But which perfumes are her favorite? Certainly the ones she wore on the most momentous day of her life – the wedding with Prince William. Kate followed in the footsteps of Princess Diana and chose a delicate white floral fragrance on her wedding day.

Princess Diana at her wedding with Prince Charles smelled of the famous fragrance Houbigant Paris Quelques Fleurs with tuberose, jasmine, lily of the valley and rose, while Kate chose White Gardenia Petals by Illuminum. What distinguishes them is the freshness of bergamot and lily, which over time gives way to notes of jasmine, ylang ylang and gardenia, and then softens into soft, warm wood notes.

Of course, as soon as the perfume was announced as Middleton’s favorite, it became a real sensation! Even now, eleven years later, they’re still hard to buy. Instead of White Gardenia Petals, you can get another bestseller from the brand, such as Rose Oud – a strong blend of jasmine, rose and patchouli.

Kate Middleton’s favorite scented candle: Jo Malone Orange Blossom

Another fragrance Kate loves is Jo Malone Orange Blossom. The Duchess had loved these luxurious candles with the pure, crisp scent of orange so much that, at her request, they were lit all over Westminster Abbey as Kate made her way down the aisle.
