Many people wonder what the royal menu looks like? Most of us are probably betting that these will be some fancy and expensive meals, but it turns out that Kate Middleton’s food choices are not so exclusive. But they are quite healthy and very international.
The British “Hello! Magazine” took a close look at the interviews with the Duchess of Cambridge and her friends, and also launched contacts with the royal family to show readers what most often lands on the royal table.
Princess Kate’s breakfast
Kate’s breakfasts aren’t very patriotic – no bacon, eggs, and beans in tomatoes. The Duchess eats a bowl of oatmeal and a green smoothie that consists of kale, spinach, blueberries, romaine lettuce, and Kate spices it with coriander, matcha and spirulina.

The Duchess of Cambridge loves light, meatless lunches. Most often, he chooses salads based on watermelon or tabbouleh based on bulgur, most often with finely chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, mint and lemon.
Kate’s favorite salads also include ceviche – raw fish marinated in lemon juice, usually served with the addition of onions and chillies. Gazpacho, a Spanish tomato-based cold soup, is also often featured at lunches at Kensington Palace.
Are Kate and William Vegetarians?
The love of the princely couple for meatless dishes has already been confirmed some time ago by the chef who cooked for them during their visit to India – mainly curry with lentils and vegetable kebabs.
